Irvington Superintendent On Lockout: 'Our Students, Staff Were Stars' As Tarrytown police searched for an armed man, students in six school districts were placed under lockout in an abundance of caution.  Irvington Superintendent Dr. Kris Harrison said the students of his district were "stars," during the daylong lockout.
