Car Fire Spreads To Home, Another Vehicle In Westchester A fire inside a Northern Westchester garage soon became more complicated after spreading to the residence, nearby brush, and a vehicle containing materials that caused explosive flames.  The blaze began at around 8:15 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9 inside a garage at a home on Giglio Court in Croton-on-Hudson, according to the village's fire department. Arriving fire crews found two burning vehicles inside the garage, and discovered that the flames were extending to the home and surrounding brush.
