Truck Rollover Blocks Lane Of Busy Westchester Road
A truck rollover has blocked a lane on a busy Northern Westchester road. The crash happened in North Salem on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at around 1:45 p.m. at the intersection of Route 116 (Titicus Road) and June Road, according to reports. The truck knocked over live wires and blocked one of the roadway's lanes. More information about the crash has not yet been released. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.

Section Of Busy Route In Westchester To Close For Extended Time: Here's Where
Part of a well-traveled route in Northern Westchester will soon close to traffic for a month as construction crews replace a blocked culvert. The stretch of Route 116/121 between Baxter Road and the intersection of Route 121 (Peach Lake Road) and Route 116 (Titicus Road) will be closed for several weeks for culvert replacement by the New York State Department of Transportation. State Police Conduct Underage Drinking Initiative At Westchester Businesses
Nearly two dozen area businesses were found to be in compliance during a New York State Police underage drinking initiative. On Saturday, Jan. 16, New York State Police investigators in Somers conducted an investigation into 20 area businesses, each of which was found to be in compliance when checked by undercover teens. Eight From Westchester Charged With DWI In State Police Stops
New York State Police troopers busted more than a dozen motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the last week-plus in the area. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Saturday, Dec. 8, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Santiago M. Raymundo, 26, of New Rochelle, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in Croton-On-Hudson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Popular Deli Damaged In Westchester Fire
A quick response and plenty of help enabled firefighters to save a popular Northern Westchester deli and pizzeria from a fast-moving fire, according to the Croton Falls Fire Chief Dan Dreyer. The department received a call for the fire at Kingsley's Deli & Pizzeria in North Salem around 10:49 p.m. Sunday, from a resident of one of the upstairs apartments who saw smoke coming from the building, Dreyer said.
