Much of the region will see a new round of rain from the remnants of Ian in the second half of a gray, raw, and blustery weekend. Updated story: Here's When To Expect New Round Of Rain From Ian In Much Of Region Rain and wind from Ian have spread to the Northeast with a weekend washout in store for much of the region.
