4 Teens Caught With Help From K9 In Chase Near Westchester Airport: Police Four teenagers were apprehended following a pursuit that happened near Westchester County Airport, police said.  The incident began on Saturday, Oct. 21, when a police officer attempted to pull over a vehicle near Westchester County Airport and the driver refused to stop, according to the county's police department.  Soon after this, the car crashed on the entrance ramp to I-684 northbound in Harrison near the airport. Westchester County resident Alexander Ramos-Sanchez, of Harrison, was arrested in Darien on Saturday, Sept. 2.  According to Sgt. Dan Skoumbros, of the Darien Police, officers responded to the area of Dew Lane on a report of a suspicious motor vehicle.
