A New York woman whose dog went missing was beginning to lose all hope when an unlikely hero emerged - actress Hilary Swank, the New York Post reports. Chelsea Blackwell, of Albany, said she had frantically driven all over the city looking for her elder dachshund, Blue, after the animal went missing Monday, June 6. Fatal Shooting Victim In Westchester Manhunt ID'd
The woman shot and killed Tuesday setting off a huge manhunt that caused a lockout at six school districts in Westchester has been identified. The woman, Jessica Wiltse of Tarrytown, was found alive with multiple gunshot wounds around 7 a.m. Tuesday at the Sleepy Gardens apartment complex on Route 119. She died at Westchester Medical Center, police said.
