Quadruple Murder Case: Former Westchester Police Officer Receives Sentence
A former police officer at several municipalities in Westchester and Dutchess counties has received his sentence for killing four men in the Hudson Valley over missing drug money. Orange County resident and former cop Nicholas Tartaglione of Otisville, age 56, was sentenced on Monday, June 10 to four consecutive life sentences for the killings in the town of Chester in Orange County following a botched cocaine deal in April 2016 at the Likquid Lounge. Police ID 'Persons Of Interest' In Shooting Injuring 3 After HS Football Game In Hudson Valley
Do you know them? Police have identified two "persons of interest" after three people were shot following a high school football game overnight in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place around 9:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30 in Orange County at the Newburgh Free Academy when police say a fight broke out in the north parking lot after the game against visiting Warwick Valley High School. Fugitive Wanted For Sexual Assault In Fairfield County Nabbed In Hudson Valley
A man wanted in Connecticut for a sexual assault was nabbed by officers in the Hudson Valley. Luis Ixim-Coc, 21, was located and arrested by members of the Dutchess Count Sheriff’s Office’s Special Operations Division on Tuesday, Dec. 22, at an apartment in the Village of Millerton. Ixim-Coc was wanted on a warrant from Fairfield County Superior Court in Connecticut, and on felony sexual assault charges out of the town of Danbur , said Captain John Watterson. FBI Offers $10K Reward For Info Leading To Arrest In Case Of Missing Hudson Valley Woman
The FBI and other local agencies are asking for the public’s help for information regarding the whereabouts of a woman who went missing in the Hudson Valley. Shaniece Harris, 34, was last seen on May 29, 2017, and hasn’t been heard from since, according to an alert issued by authorities. Her dark gray 2007 Volkswagen Jetta was located by police abandoned on South Woods Drive in Thompson, in southern Sullivan County near the border of Orange County. A $10,000 reward has been offered by the FBI as they attempt to locate a man who has been on the run since allegedly being involved in a fatal shooting in the Hudson Valley late last year.
