Longtime Ossining resident Raymond Lips, the former chief of the Millwood Fire Department and life member, died suddenly at his home on Tuesday, April 9 at the age of 68, according to his obituary. Ossining resident Dolores Frustace, also known as "Miss Dee," died on Sunday, Oct. 15 at the age of 80, according to her obituary. A beloved home health care aide and mother from Northern Westchester is being remembered for her willingness to care for those most in need in addition to her joyful nature. Ossining native Annette Perez died on Wednesday, July 19 at the age of 51 after a battle with cancer, according to her obituary. Ossining resident Jennifer Maria Arduini died on Saturday, Dec. 3 at the age of 48, according to her obituary.
