Westchester Man Had Marijuana Grow House, Illegal Weapons, Police Say More than a dozen pounds of marijuana and several illegal weapons were seized by Westchester County Police executing a search warrant at a Cortlandt grow house. County Police detectives launched an investigation into Thomas Corrigan, 53, earlier this year after receiving a tip regarding illegal activity at a residence in the Lake Allendale neighborhood of Cortlandt. On Wednesday, investigators executed the warrant, where they discovered a marijuana grow operation in the basement of the home. Police said that 17 pounds of marijuana and four illegal handguns were seized during the operation. …
