A police department in Westchester County is warning against scammers posing as fire department members to get business owners to pay them money. A Westchester County resident and longtime owner of a successful local business has died at the age of 75. Michael DiGuglielmo Sr., of Bedford, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 13, according to his obituary. He was born in Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1955, his obituary said.
