A well-liked pizzeria in Westchester celebrated its grand reopening after being taken over by new owners. Bella Rosa Pizzeria, located in Yonkers at 1455 Nepperhan Ave., celebrated its grand reopening between Thursday, Feb. 1, and Sunday, Feb. 4 after being purchased by new owners Danielle and Manuel Peppers.
