Three teenagers who led authorities in New York on pursuits in two cars stolen from Connecticut and Rhode Island and injured an officer in the process face a heap of criminal charges, police announced. A 2-year-old and two officers were sent to a hospital following a struggle with a man who broke into his ex-girlfriend's Westchester apartment while high on drugs, police said. The incident happened on Thursday, Oct. 5 just before 4:40 a.m., when New Rochelle Police responded to a reported dispute on a fourth-floor apartment at 361 Main St. According to New Rochelle Police Captain J. A woman who was high on drugs assaulted a state trooper and damaged his police vehicle during an arrest, New York State Police said. Troopers in Ulster County first made contact with the woman at around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, June 9, after witnessing her violate traffic laws on Washington Avenue in the town of Ulster, police said.
