Westchester Fatal Crime Spree Suspect Convicted In Separate Assault At Shop
A 22-year-old man has been convicted of assault and faces a variety of charges following an alleged crime spree in Westchester County. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Thursday that Sincere Smith has been convicted of a felony count of second-degree assault after being found guilty of pistol-whipping his victim in New Rochelle on May 13 last year at a barbershop.
