DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Voters re-elected two incumbent trustees and welcomed Jeff O'Donnell to the Dobbs Ferry Village Board on Tuesday.
Donna Cassell and William Flynn were both elected to a third term. O’Donnell, a former Dobbs Ferry Board of Education member, will take over for David Koenigsberg who served four terms and chose not to seek re-election.
Cassell led with 1,729 votes, while O'Donnell came in with 1,677 and Flynn 1,676, according to unofficial results.
