Police are investigating a case of criminal mischief in Westchester following reports of multiple mailboxes that have been destroyed by an unknown party.

Investigators from the North Castle Police Department received reports from residents of Custis Avenue in North White Plains early on Sunday, April 8, where there were reports of the smashed mailboxes, though the suspects may have been caught on camera, according to police.

Police said that the caller stated he has observed criminal mischief to the mailbox of two of his neighbors and that he has surveillance video that is being reviewed by investigators. The incident is currently under investigation.

Anyone with information regarding the destroyed mailboxes has been asked to contact North Castle Police investigators by calling (914) 273-9500.
