Five Charged in Violent Ardsley Home Invasion

ARDSLEY, N.Y. – Five people have been arrested in connection with the violent Ardsley home invasion and robbery that happened in April. One of the individuals charged was a former employee of the victimized family’s plumbing business.

Pamela Zimbra, 24, Exander Rosado, 18, Anibal Rosado, 20, all of Yonkers, and Kadeedra Moore, 24 and Richard Davis, 31, both of New Rochelle, are charged with first-degree burglary. Police are unable to disclose which individual was a former employee.

Although the five have not been charged for the violent acts of pistol whipping and tying the family up, the District Attorney could file additional charges after the burglary charges are brought to court, said Det. Ron Perkins.

The individuals invaded the home on Bramblebrook Road hid two of the family’s younger children in an upstairs room while they brought the father and teenage son to the master bedroom to open the safe, and struck them in the head with a gun when they didn’t respond quickly.

The group made off with at least $10,000 after duct taping the father and son’s hands and mouths. The son was able to call 911 on his cell phone to alert police.

All five arrested individuals are being held on bond at the Westchester County jail. Davis’ bail is set at $350,000, Zimbra’s bail is $200,000, and Moore and both Rosados’ are set at $150,000, Perkins said. All are set to appear in court in Ardsley July 16 at 2 p.m.
