HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Olga Porucznik, a lifetime Hastings resident, died peacefully Wednesday, March 18. She was 92.
She worked as an aide for the Andrus Retirement Home and was an active member of the Village Busy Bees.
Porucznik was predeceased by her husband, William Porucznik, and a brother, William Malnowski. She is survived by her daughters, Monica Skott and her husband, Larry, of Wyckoff, N.J., and Andrea Cleary and her husband, Thomas, of Franklin Lakes, N.J.; her grandchildren, Ryan and Erik Skott and Mara, Carrie and Una Cleary; and her great-grandchildren, Roy Feather and Devyn Skott.
Visiting hours will be at the Hastings Funeral Home, 15 Spring St., on Friday, March 20, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
A funeral Mass is set for St. Matthew Church on Saturday, March 21, at 10 a.m., followed by interment at Mount Hope Cemetery.
