DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Dobbs Ferry has some key discussions coming up this week and also a local fundraiser for the school district. Take a look below at what’s coming up in Dobbs Ferry this week.

The Dobbs Ferry Board of Trustees will be meeting Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. in Village Hall to discuss a number of matters in the village. The board will discuss a bond resolution for the funding of the 2011-2012 fiscal period Capital Projects under the long term Capital Budget Planning initiative. 

There will be an update on Community Development Block Grant projects and a discussion on a proposal submitted by a local business in Dobbs Ferry for a mobile pizza truck. The board will also consider a resolution issuing a negative declaration as lead agency for the environmental review of the site plan for the proposed Walgreens. The board will also discuss complaints from residents about commuters parking in residential neighborhoods and on streets that are close to the train station. 

The entire board of trustees agenda can be seen on the village’s official website. Tuesday is also School Night Out in Dobbs Ferry in which local restaurants will be giving back a percentage of proceeds to the Dobbs Ferry school district.
