Police: Man Stole From Series of CVS Stores

ARDSLEY, N.Y. -- Mark Hoousendove, a 46-year-old Hempstead, N.Y. resident, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, after allegedly stealing various products from a string of CVS stores.

Police said he was arrested by Stony Point police in Rockland County before also being charged in Ardsley. When Hoousendove was originally arrested, Stony Point police found several items from CVS in his car, some of which were traced to the Ardsley store. Police said CVS employees in Ardsley were unaware of the thefts until they went back and saw him on security camera footage from March 7. Police said he had stolen six boxes of Rogaine and some Pro-X Wrinkle Smoothing Cream.
