Greenburgh Recreation Goes Zumba For 8 Weeks In Summer

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Greenburgh Parks and Recreation will hold two Zumba Gold classes for senior citizens at the multipurpose center at Anthony Veteran Park.

Zumba Gold is a dance-fitness class that takes the Zumba basic formula and modifies the moves to suit the needs of active senior participants.

Dates and times for both sessions are:

Zumba Gold 1 Tuesday: 8 sessions July 8-Aug. 26 Noon-12:45 p.m. Fee: $40 for residents

Zumba Gold 2 Friday: 8 sessions July 11-Aug. 29 11-11:45 a.m. Fee: $40 for residents

There will be a free trial class on Tuesday, June 24, at noon.

Participants must register in person at the multipurpose center and have a town Unicard. Space is limited.
