DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Dobbs Ferry officials have approved a retail and residential project for a vacant lot, lohud reports.
CCI Properties proposes to build an eight-unit housing complex with 1,800 square feet of retail space on the ground level at 78 Main St.
Mayor Hartley Connett noted that the proposal will include housing accessible to young adults, with one unit designated as affordable housing.
