An accident that moved to the shoulder of the road after initially blocking the right lane on a stretch of southbound Route 9A caused stop-and-go delays Tuesday morning in Mount Pleasant.
The accident, reported at 8 a.m., was at Route 117 (Bedford Road) with traffic backed up to Route 133 (Upper Croton Avenue).
