'More Involved Than Most': Former Mayor Of Town In Hudson Valley Dies A woman from Northern Westchester who dedicated much of her life to public service has died.  Former mayor Patricia M. Fox Reilly of Mount Kisco died on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at the age of 91, according to her obituary.  Born in 1931 to former mayor J. Covid-19: Alert Issued For Exposure At Rockland Church Attendees at two separate Sunday masses at a Rockland County church may have been exposed to COVID-19, health officials are cautioning. Upwards of 225 people who attended the 10:15 a.m. and noon masses at St. Francis of Assisi Church in West Nyack on Sunday, Nov. 8 potentially may have been advised to contact the Rockland County Department of Health after a staff member at the church tested positive for the virus. Once health officials are notified of possible exposures, they will begin to contact trace and advise anyone who was near the infected parties to self-quarantine. Officials said …

Services Scheduled For New City Teen Peter Ereifej, 18 Services will be held this week for an 18-year-old teen who was found dead in a state park while more than 100 volunteers searched for the missing New City resident. Peter Zaidoun Ereifej died tragically climbing Mount Hook on Friday, May 13, according to his obituary. Ereifej was born in Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, on Dec. 26, 2000 to Rania and Zaidoun Ereifej. Fernand Jobin, 102, Hudson Valley Resident Fernand P. Jobin Sr., a Mount Kisco resident, died on Tuesday surrounded by his family and caretakers. He was 102. Jobin was born in Quebec on Sept. 19, 1915. A longtime Mount Kisco resident, he was an active member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. Jobin was an avid walker who loved playing sports like tennis, hockey, and baseball.
