Manhunt: 2 Men Stole Car, Submachine Gun Before Hours-Long Search In Hudson Valley, Police Say Two Connecticut men, including one who was the subject of an hours-long manhunt in Westchester, face charges after stealing a vehicle, a submachine gun, and a semiautomatic handgun, police said.
