A police officer was seriously injured at the site of a crash when she was struck by a hit-and-run driver in the Hudson Valley. The Orange County crash took place in New Windsor on Litte Britain Road around 8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 27. The 51-year-old driver in a two-car crash that left one person trapped and seriously injured has been charged with driving under the influence. Christopher Smith of Campbell Hall was arrested on Saturday following the crash at the intersection of Little Britain Road and Forrester Road, said New Windsor Police Lt. Michael Farbent. New Windsor Woman Charged With DWI Following Rollover Crash
A New Windsor woman was arrested for DWI following a rollover crash in which she was injured, according to New Windsor police. Police found Yajaira Rosa, 26, around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday trying to climb out of the passenger's side window when they arrived on the scene in the area of Little Britain Road and Station Road, said Lt.
