Man Charged With DWI In Route 17 Stop An Orange County man was busted with a blood alcohol content nearly quadruple the legal limit after crashing into another driver on Route 17 in Mamakating. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a stretch of Route 17 on Wednesday night, where there was a report of the crash. During the subsequent investigation, police said that it was determined that the driver, Monroe resident James Oshea, 66, was driving while impaired.
