DWI Driver Flees Crash Before Hitting Another Vehicle On Sprain, Police Say A 43-year-old Putnam man who attempted to flee after hitting two vehicles separately on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester is facing multiple charges, state police said. At approximately 01:35 a.m. Sunday, troopers were dispatched to a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash on the Sprain Brook Parkway.  Edwin C.
