Spring Valley Police Tackle Fire Department In Flag Football Benefit

SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. — The Spring Valley Police Department will take on the Spring Valley Fire Department in a flag football game Sunday, Nov. 29 at the Torne Valley Sports Complex.

The Spring Valley Fire and Police departments' flag football gamewill raise funds for Spring Valley police dispatcher Brendan Burke who recently had surgery.

The event will raise funds for Spring Valley police dispatcher Brendan Burke who recently had surgery. Aside from being a dispatcher, Burke is also a volunteer firefighter with the Hillcrest Fire Department and a member of the Nanuet Community Ambulance Corps.

The game starts at 11 a.m. and there will be door prizes and a trophy for the winning team. Torne Valley Sports Complex is located at 115 Torne Valley Road, Hillcrest, N.Y.
