Suffern Officer Saves Choking Child

SUFFERN, N.Y. -- A Suffern Police Officer helped save the life of a 1-year-old child who was choking on Sunday, according to LoHud.com.

Officer Mike Careswell responded to a 911 call at the Riverside Drive home and found the boy's breathing distressed after swallowing a sticker. Careswell was able to dislodge the sticker to help the boy breathe normally, LoHud.com reported.
