CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Clarkstown police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Spring Valley woman wanted on charges of larceny and possession of stolen property.
Wanda Chanel Newton, a 25-year-old Spring Valley resident, is wanted on charges of larceny and possession of stolen property, Clarkstown police said.
