SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. -- A driver who fell asleep and crashed his car into a gas meter caused an evacuation at a Spring Valley apartment complex, according to a report by news12.com.
Spring Valley police investigated an accident early Monday at the Sleepy Hollow Garden Apartments which forced residents out into the cold, according to a report by news12.com.

According to news12.com, they were allowed to go back in after it was determined that it was safe.
