RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police are asking for the public's help in locating Richardo Palma-Lopez, 44, who is wanted for criminal mischief.

The charge stems from an incident that occurred in Hillcrest in May of 2011, involving Palma-Lopez, police said.

 Palma-Lopez is described as being 5-foot-5 and weighing 180 pounds with dark hair and eyes.
