The department provided few details about what transpired four years ago, but in a Facebook post late last week police said Renee L. Dalton, 60, is wanted in connection with a petty larceny.
Dalton has brown hair and brown eyes in her mug shot, stands about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed about 170 pounds at the time of her initial arrest, police said.
