RAMAPO, N.Y. – Ramapo police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on charges of driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol.

Nicola Mancino, 45, is wanted by Ramapo police on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Nicola Mancino, 45, no hometown given, is described by police as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, and having brown eyes and brown hair.
