Local Departments Battle Structural Fire In Monsey

MONSEY, N.Y. - Three local fire companies are on the scene of a structure fire in Monsey early Monday afternoon.

The Monsey Fire Department, Tallman Fire Department, and Hillcrest Fire Company are all on hand on Calvert Drive in Monsey at the scene of the blaze.

Standing by at the scene is the Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corp.

The police department is investigating the fire with the assistance of the town building/fire inspector. 

Traffic delays should be expected in the area, police said.
