SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Lifelong Suffern resident Frederick Fiore Jr. died on Sunday, Jan. 10. He was 68.
Fiore was a resident of the ARC Lafayette group home in Suffern. He had a passion for cars, current events and being with his family.
Fiore's parents were founding members of the ARC of Rockland family, which Fiore had been a part of since the 1950s.
He is survived by his mother, Kathleen (Martin) Fiore, of West Haverstraw; brothers Gary and his wife Evelyn of Stony Point, and David and his wife Lisa of Hamburgh; sister Nancy and husband Bill of Stony Point; godmother Mel Lent of West Haverstraw; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Fiore was predeceased by his father, Frederick Fiore, and godfather Anthony "Cappy" Fiore.
Interment will be at the F.W. Loescher Veterans Cemetery, in New Hempstead. T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
