RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo held its annual Sept. 11 Remembrance Ceremony, honoring residents who died in the terrorist attacks.
Deputy Supervisor Brendel Charles reads names of Ramapo residents who perished in the Sept. 11 attacks while Councilman Pat Withers rings the remembrance bell provided by the Monsey Fire Department.
