But as the Christmas trees and decorations come down, the owner, Steve Kahrs, whose family has owned the spot for more than 70 years, announced that he has sold the facility to JCC Manhattan to be used as a summer day camp, said Lohud.com.
By summertime, the setting will be known as Camp Settoga and will host about 200 campers, mostly from Manhattan, from mid-June to mid-August, added Lohud.com.
