Monsey Rabbi Sentenced To Three Years Probation In Sex Abuse Case

NEW CITY, N.Y. -- Three years of probation, along with the conditions of a sex offender, and being prohibited from schools that have children younger than 18 is reportedly the sentence following a conviction for endangering a child given to Rabbi Gabriel Bodenheimer of Monsey according to lohud.com

Bodenheimer had been confronted with various counts of sex abuse related to a boy, 7, but made the guilty plea to the lesser charge, a misdemeanor, of endangering the welfare of a child, says lohud.com

Charges that were more serious were reportedly dropped by the child's family by prosecutors in the case, according to lohud.com
