The board’s majority is balking at Delhomme’s attempts to hire a village attorney and department heads, Lohud reported.
Because there apparently is no one showing up in court to prosecute traffic and code violations, the village has lost about $30,000 in potential revenues so far and has had to engage outside legal consultants, the lohud report said.
