Jasmin who was given a four-year federal prison term for her part in a scheme related to a proposed community center in the Rockland village was supposed to surrender for the term on Nov. 2.

Her surgery is set for Oct. 27 at Mount Sinai Medical Center with a recuperation period of nine to 12 weeks, according to lohud.com. She will surrender on Feb. 1, says the report.
