It was a true homecoming for Suffern's Grace VanderWaal last week.

VanderWaal, who won "America's Got Talent" last summer performed near her hometown at Ramapo High School in Franklin, N.J., to benefit Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.

The concert, attended by more than 600 people, raised money for "Butterflies", a Valley program that helps families caring for children with life-limiting or life-threatening injuries at home.

At the show, VanderWaal performed original songs as well as songs by Ed Sheeran and Miley Cyrus.

"I want to send out a huge thank you to everyone that came out to support Valley Hospital yesterday," VanderWaal tweeted. "I had so much fun and hope you did too."
