ID Released For 20-Year-Old Woman Killed In Dutchess Crash The identity of a woman who was killed in a two-vehicle crash that caused the closure of a stretch of Route 9G on Friday night has been released. The crash occurred at approximately 6 p.m., in the area of Vlei Road in the town of Rhinebeck. Initial investigation suggests Robert J. Dancy, 35, of Worchester, New York, operating a 1997 Ford Explorer, was traveling southbound on Route 9G, and drove to the left of the center lane markings. Dancy then struck Emily R.
