Man Accused Of Making, Selling Guns From Home In Carmel A Hudson Valley man has been arrested following a months-long investigation into the alleged manufacture, sale, and possession of illegal firearms. According to Putnam  County Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr., during the month of November, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit made a total of nine arrests. The arrests include:  Four arrests for possession of heroin.  Four arrests resulted in the seizure of 500 Xanax tablets and concentrated cannabis.
