Ex-Yorktown Priest Charged With Inappropriate Behavior With A Minor A Westchester County priest has been charged with allegedly engaging in inappropriate behavior with a minor. Thomas Kreiser has surrendered himself to police and was arraigned in Bronxville Village Court this week for allegedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old child. Ex-Yorktown Priest Accused Of Inappropriate Behavior With Minor A Westchester County priest is currently under investigation for engaging in inappropriate behavior with a minor, church officials said. The Rev.
