Latest Update: Suspect Caught By Mansion After Cortlandt Burglary, Police Say A burglary suspect is in custody following a chase across multiple municipalities in Westchester that ended near a mansion and caused several nearby schools to be placed in lockout, police said. The incident took place around 10:18 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 13, when the Tarrytown Police Department received an emergency call from a resident reporting that an unidentified woman had just jumped into the Hudson River in the area of the River Walk. Fatal Shooting Victim In Westchester Manhunt ID'd The woman shot and killed Tuesday setting off a huge manhunt that caused a lockout at six school districts in Westchester has been identified. The woman, Jessica Wiltse of Tarrytown, was found alive with multiple gunshot wounds around 7 a.m. Tuesday at the Sleepy Gardens apartment complex on Route 119.
