Pickup Truck Swerves Over Sidewalk, Crashing Into Storefronts In Area A busy roadway is partially closed after a pickup truck slammed into three storefronts in Westchester. The incident took place around 12:30 a.m., Monday, June 3, when an unidentified driver of a red Ford F-150 swerved onto the smashing the windows and causing possible structural damage of the three businesses at 1967 Palmer Avenue in Larchmont, according to numerous reports. Larchmont dispatchers, who confirmed the crash, said all officers were on the scene investigating and that traffic was being diverted during the investigation and removal of the truck.  Motorists are asked to avoid…

Car Crashes Into Storefront Of Busy Area Market A car drove into the storefront of a busy market early Thursday afternoon, sending shoppers scrambling in Northern Westchester. The incident took place around 12:08 p.m. when an elderly man drove into the front of Cole's Market at 2147 Albany Post Road in Montrose, said State Police spokesman AJ Hicks. Hicks said the incident is under investigation, but there are no known injuries. The building department is on the scene to check for structural damage.  This is a developing story.
