NYSEG said that it expects that 95 percent of its customers will have power restored no later than 11 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 10. Local Man Named New President, CEO Of Central Hudson Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation has appointed a local man as president and CEO of the Poughkeepsie-based utility. Charles A. Freni, of Rhinebeck, will succeed Michael L.
