Sprout Creek Farm Now Owned By Marist College POUGHKEEPSIE, NY. -- Sprout Creek Farm has transferred its ownership to Marist College. The 200-acre farm, which produces cheese and raises farm animals, will remain an independent non-profit. Sprout Creek said this will help ensure the viability of the farm.
