The shooting took place in Orange County around 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 29 in the city of Newburgh. The victims were found when Newburgh police officers on patrol heard gunfire in the area of Washington Street and Clark Street, said City of Newburgh Police Chief Anthony Geraci. The incident took place in Danbury around 4 a.m., Sunday, July 24, at Elmer's Diner on Padanaram Road. Danbury Police officers responded to the diner for the report of a fight with gunshots being fired.
